SNS Pure Cotton Beach Long Maxi Evening Skirt.

I immeditaley tried on this skirt and it fits perfect and length!!!! I want to order other colors for this summer fashion!!

This is a very nice skirt -- I was a little dubious about the whole "one-size-fits-all" thing, but the skirt fits very comfortably around my 30" (or so) mom-waist. The fabric is a very soft, thin cotton (slightly sheer, which might be an issue with the lighter colors), just perfect for our desert climate during the summer and shoulder months, and will probably do just fine with a petticoat or tights and boots during the winter. Mine had no lining or underskirt, but since it's black it shouldn't be a big deal (though I might wear a slip if I wear tights, just to prevent issues with static). I haven't washed it yet, but I'll probably hand wash the first time around just in case the color bleeds. And I'll definitely air-dry it since it's the perfect length as-is, and I don't want it to shrink in the drier!My one complaint is that whoever had this skirt before me (I assume it was a return) had cut out the label (NOT the tags (which weren't there either, actually), but the sewn-in label) at the back of the waist -- and they did a poor job of it too, snipping a hole in the fabric itself. What kind of person cuts the labels off a garment, damages it, and then returns it? Luckily I'm handy with a needle and thread, and it's just a small hole, so I'll keep it. Still, this seems like the kind of thing quality control might have been able to catch before shipping.Oh well, it's an easy fix, and it's a great skirt. Definitely worth the money (especially with free shipping from India). If only it had pockets it would be perfect!!!

I was looking for skirts to travel to Abu Dhabi. It's a conservative area that's very hot most of the year. This skirt is great because it is a light cotton that breathes easily and should help keep me cool. It also meets the requirement of being covered to my ankles. The elastic is great. I am currently pregnant, and I expect to be able to wear this as I transition back to my my pre-baby weight.The downside is that the white is pretty sheer. I probably should have expected this given the lightness of the fabric, but I am disappointed I won't be able to wear it to work. I will have to save it for the beach. I would still consider buying more skirts from this seller in different colors, hoping I won't have the same problem with sheerness.Update: I also ordered the black, and was pleasantly surprised to find a knee length black cotton lining. The white skirt did not have a lining.

This is my first experience purchasing a piece of clothing online. Was quite concerned, but I went with the customer reviews & took a chance. This skirt is everything I expected. I am 5ft 3in tall & the skirt is long, which is what I wanted. I ordered black. Am going to order the pink, red & teal, so the repeat order is an indication that I am happy.I like the fact that this is not tiered, as so many skirts are, which is not good if you are battling a big rear. This skirt just flows from waist to hem. One tip that I learned when viewing clothing items online is to always click on the color "white" to get a better view of the details of the item. For instance, if you clicked on "black", the details seem to be vague, white shows details so much better. Yes, the material is thin, but a long slip solves the problem. I have a long black slip & intend to purchase a long beige one to wear with the other colors I am going to get. I did not choose a white skirt since I really can't determine how thin the material would be for showing through.This item required someone to be home to sign for the package, so this is something you might consider if you are at work & there is no one at home to sign for the package. DHL delivered it. You might choose to have your package delivered to your place of employment or someplace else that has a person that can sign for the item. This process may change as time goes on, but as of this review, this is what I experienced. I think you can leave a tracking # at your door & they will leave the package, don't know for sure about that though, so I cannot comment.Thanks for taking the time to submit a review, it sure helps the next person decide on purchasing or not. I already had one in white, bought last year. It has held up just fine. Have now added one in black. I wear a long slip under each. The one I’ve had for a year has held up better to washings and wearings than I perhaps expected when initially purchased. These are full skirts, but not ‘overly’ full (I.e., they are full without looking bulky at all). I like the A-line silhouette it gives. What I love most are two things:1) The length. I’m sbout 5’8 and they are ankle length on me. Could easily pull it up or down around the waistline/hips to make it appear shorter/longer as desired. The smocked wait makes this easy to do without feeling constricted and also keeps it in place (see #2).2) The elastic waistband. I was nervous the buy this one size fits all skirt. My waist is about 38 to 39 inches. But it does fit me, owing to the design of the elastic waistband, which is constructed with an almost extended “smocked” effect. This design allows the skirt to both lay flat against the belly area (don’t you hate it when your full skirt is “puffy” at the waist where you had hoped minimize? This skirt does not do that! It lays gloriously flat!) while simultaneously not digging into you as it adjusts to your size.These are not super high-end looking skirts, but they are fantastic casual skirts. If they offered a tan/beige option, I’d snap up a third one of these in a heartbeat.
