I honestly didn’t think it was as easy as it was to install and program.System works flawlessly with factory remote. Definitely recommend this product to anyone that would like to add remote start to their truck.

Had a bad experience with the fourth one... BUT they fixed it
After 3 perfect working units we had a fourth that would not work. they did correct this and sent a new working unit. I would have given 5 stars BUT the second person I spoke too was very nice and a great help to correct the issue promptly after I returned the bad kit. The first person I spoke to though said I had only returned half of the kit and was not willing to work with me at all (had almost offended me by basically calling me a crook). Perhaps a bad day for this one employee, idk, as everyone else was great to work with. In the end it was all good and we have 4 fleet trucks with remote start now.

Once I got it working, it worked well.
The installation instructions were confusing; accessing the OBD outlet in the Ford Fusion is difficult. Once I got it working, though, it seemed to work fine.PS- After installing, disconnect and reconnect the car's battery (this is not listed in the instructions and took meafull day to figure out).

The remote start unit works as described. It was very easy to set up.

Simple and works
Went online and learned how to install as the instructions provided were not fantastic. Literally plug in and it works within minutes. You seem to need an additional device if you want to adjust the factory settings like run time or climate control features. My truck didn't have a remote start so the dash doesn't allow me to adjust anything.

Great Product
Great Product, was a little sceptical at 1st but the customer support was wonderful. Answered all my questions and concerns. Programmed the starter to my veichal. So easy to install. Will recommend 100%
