GodinV1095 Performance Hardshell Electric Guitar Case

I have included several pictures that can show this case much better than words can describe.I like to use proprietary cases when I can, if they are of good quality and value...this one is both.The Godin A6 Ultra I recently purchased is a fine quality instrument so I had no reason to believe the case would be any different. Very large inside and out but the guitar fits very snugly. Plush interior, extra large storage under the door (see pics) and around the head stock area. Double stitching on the reinforced ends.The latches, hinges and handle are adequate and if anything could be considered a weak spot those would be it. But, if you take care of your equipment like I do, it will last long after we are all gone.The Gold "Godin" lettering is a nice touch...it is painted or silk screened on so may fade some over time or wear off through friction.This is the first case I have had where the lid had to be pressed down in order to latch the latches...not a bad thing...keeps the guitar from having any chance at moving. Also, there is no indentation or channel for the neck to ride on inside...again, not a bad thing just a different design than other cases. The body fits perfectly and secures the guitar in place...no movement at all.It is sturdy enough for regular use but there is often someone who complains about taking their case on a plane...no, I would not try that with this case unless you have a private jet. Lock is not TSA type but does have one for keeping kids out.Would I buy again, yes...and it was 25.00 cheaper here on Amazon than other places at the time of purchase.Would I recommend, yes...especially if you have an A6 Ultra. Not sure what else this may fit.All Godin products are top quality. The gig bag this replaced is great...up there with PRS...I just prefer hard cases.

Living in the midwest, we have to worry about frequent changes in temperature and humidity levels. Before the spring came, I wanted to get a hardshell case form my A6 Utra Koa. I usually go with Gator for my cases, but wanted to see what Godin had to offer.I was quite surprised with the quality of this case. It looks very beautiful, and I love having the oversized Godin signature on the side. It really compliments my beautiful guitar.The fit of this case is quite incredible. It seems as if they built it around an A6, as the guitar goes in and fits perfectly. The storage compartment is bigger than on my acoustic Gator case, and there is plenty of room behind the headstock for my music binder.I will still use the gig bag if I am taking my guitar to a few places or somewhere close, but this is now the primary home for my A6. I highly recommend this case if you have an A6 Ultra as well.

Got it to carry my Ultra A6 - fits pretty well - not an exact fit as it accommodates other models. If fit were a little better, five stars.Case is super solid and has nice soft interior and some storage inside.Much better protection than any gig bag.

Perfect fit for the A6 Ultra and the A12 (maybe others). Holds the guitar snugly, and has a large covered space for accessories. Better than a gig bag, less bulky than a TRIC case, this is a case for the road or storage at home….

This case doesn't fit Godin Multiac Nylon SA or any similar shape Godin guitar. Amazon should change it. It seems many people complained about the same issue. Otherwise it's very good case.

I recently bought a Godin A6 Ultra and wanted a hardshell case. I did my research and Godin's customer support staff told me this is the case. It's not a tight fit as it does fit other models. But it's a good fit. It is well built and of quality construction, The interior is plush and will protect your investment. I looked around and Amazon had the best deal. Worth waiting for and they are quick to deliver.Thanks.

Bought this to go with a Godin A12. Gorgeous case that fits like a snug glove. As with all Godin products it is so much better than what you'd expect for the price It's solidly built, high quality construction. Liked it so much that I bought the V1091 for my Godin Encore to replace a TRIC case. I travel extensively with the guitars and these cases are solid as a rock. Highly recommend this case.

This does not fit the Godin 012817 Grand Concert SA Multiac Guitar, which is a shame because Amazon lists this as one of the first accessories you might want to buy with this guitar. Case is ok, poor rating is for Amazon's carelessness in associating the two.
