The Qur'an - Saheeh International Translation: With Surah Introductions and Appendices

Whilst the aim may have been noble, to produce a translation in simple English, the end result is a translation that I'm sorry to say I personally find awkward, frustrating, and severely wanting in eloquence Someone recommended this to me and I bought a copy to give as a gift, but after reading how the translation ran, as the person I was thinking of was a reasonable English reader, I simply couldn't gift it, sorry. It has a place but I think that a reasonable English reader would do well to check out other translations as well

Was eagerly awaiting this copy of the Quran. Very good quality paper but h the e writing is such a small font that it difficult to read with proper lighting or some sort of glasses. Really disappointed as well no Arabic with the translation. That maybe my fault that I didn’t scrutinize the description enough. Would get a 5 star if the font was a little bigger and had Arabic translations

The paper, the binding, it's clearly a quality book. The text can be somewhat small but it's still easy to read without glasses. They set the text up in verse form more like the Bible. The changing the name of Allah to God throughout is likely a similar change. This book is excellent if you don't mind the name of Allah missing. Let me be clear the Saheeh translation says Allah but for whatever reason this one says God instead. It's worth mentioning that some people might want Allah's name in the text and not just the title of God. This one is really good to give to a Christian because of the use of God. The verses organized like a Bible, the use of God throughout appeals to a larger audience.

Really appreciated this version of the meaning of the Holy Quran. With an introduction to the biography of the prophet Mohamed peace upon him, before each Sourat a brief background and main topics of the Sourat, after the 114 Sourats, an Appendix with a collection of the Quran miracles, and at the very end several fundamental questions about Islam, faith, how to become Muslim... Really thank you for this product and may God reward you.
