Does not not dribble.
I'll be honest, I ordered this press despite the negative reviews because I liked the way it looked. I was hoping this was one of those times when some people didn't know what they were talking about. You know - like the crazy part of the Internet where "Pacific Rim" gets 5 stars from people who actually call it a good sci-fi movie but "Planet of the Apes" gets panned because Charlton Heston served as president of the NRA.Well, for once, I should have listened. This is not my first coffee pot, so I know of that which I speak. The spout dribbles better than Allen Iverson. I tried every technique I could think of to get a decent pour out of this thing, and it can't not dribble. It HAS to dribble. It's a period-the-end, no-two-ways-about-it, born-to-do-it, professional-grade dribbling machine. If you tell someone "There's coffee on the table" with this pot, you may as well mean it literally. I'm convinced the designer of that spout was personally and specifically out to kill my chill.Just terrible. Back it goes.

easy to use
it's a bit cumbersome to have to heat up with hot water while the water for the coffee is boiling but this must be done or your coffee will get very cold real quick so I fill my sink with hot tap water then put it in the sink while the water for the coffee is boiling in the tea kettle, I live in FL so that seems to heat up the press good enough for us but colder climates you will need extra boiled water from the kettle to heat up the press

Won’t last long
I purchased this in August 2020. And use it daily. But I have found it pretty fragile. I now have a lot of chips on the bottom. And In the last few months the press has just been falling apart and no matter how I tightly I screw it all back together within a couple days it comes apart again. It’s gotten pretty frustrating. I have an old metal press I’ve used for tea for years and it’s still going. But I liked the idea of the ceramic and the larger size. I’m disappointed that this didn’t last longer.

Beautiful lines, plunger is tricky
I am enjoying using this French press. I love the charming white ceramic, and I prefer something like this to the flavor that comes with something brewed in stainless steel. As others may have mentioned in their reviews, the plunger is a bit wonky - you have to move the plunger down slightly before inserting the entire plunger system into the ceramic portion. If not, the plunger will get stuck at the top. All in all it's a well made French press for the price.

V High Quality
This is a very high quality French press. Moat importantly it has no plastic anywhere. The porcelain is thick and sturdy and especially if you preheat it retains heat very well. Super easy to hand wash. Smooth interior.

I love this coffee press!
We love the design of the Chantal coffee press. This is my second one. The first one last well over 3 years. We love how easy it is to use & clean. You just add your ground coffee & hot water. Put the press top on, let it steep for a few minutes, then press. It pours like a tea pot, I love it! The mat black is sleek!👌🏽

Plunger could work better
I like the ceramic press. I don't like that it is suggested to warm the pot first so I don't do that. The top is a little hard to use unlike others I have. I have to use 2 hands to push down the plunger softly unlike others.I will probably use it for guests. The pot gets 5 stars and the top get 3 stars.

Arrived broken; Post Office refused delivery, situation unresolved.
I’m sitting here without a French press and without my money. WTF?
