Unlikely to get 99,9% removal. A test with a .3 micron particulate solution would be required to know for sure. Based on other testing, an estimate of better than 99% removal is likely, but not 99,9%. Estimate only.

They are manufactured with filter media that is rated to 0.2 micron nominal. However I don't believe there is any certification or independent testing of filter performance available.
