I purchased these to aid in performing a three day fast. I had no issues during my fast and I’m assuming these are to thank, I was able to stay balanced while water fasting for the entirety of my food fast. These were highly recommended to me by members of a fasting group I joined and I’ll join them in suggesting these if you plan to fast.

I’ve done a 14 day fast in the past with the drinkable products but I think it taste so bad. Couldn’t do it anymore it was so unbearable so I switch to these wonderful pills. I feel great I have wayyyyy more energy than I did in the past and feel much better I don’t know if I’m drinking enough water when I take them or taking too much but I am using the bathroom nearly 4-6 times a day because it’s running right through me. It’s gotten to the point I’m drinking more than 3 gallons because I’m losing so much water. Other than that great product helping me move forward

I’m pleasantly surprised by how well these work! I loved reading all of the positive reviews, but I was still a little skeptical, ya know? These really do work though! I’m currently on hour 37 of my fast (trying to go for as long as I can) and I still feel pretty good! I definitely still have a minor lingering headache and the hunger pains are there as expected, but these actually make the whole fasting process so much easier! I will say one thing (and this is probably TMI)… these have almost acted as a laxative for me. I did expect some digestion side effects given the ingredients in these, but I was NOT prepared for how much lol. I mean every time I take a dose, about an hour later, I end up having to use the bathroom. So just a heads up for anyone who has similar digestion as I do. I mean on one hand, it’s great because it’s kind of cleaning me out while I’m also fasting (gross, I know), but on the other hand, it is a minor inconvenience. I’m also drinking a LOT of water, so I’m sure that’s contributing to it too. Anyway… with that being said, I take about 3-4 capsules every time I’m starting to feel the effects of my fast. It’s typically about 20 per day, so this bottle is a good deal for someone like me.

I'm on my second bottle now. I use them when I'm doing Keto to keep my electrolytes up. I've also used them for hangovers! They're really great. I'm the kind of person who does NOT like flavored water. I just like to drink coffee in the morning and plain water in the afternoon. I tried the whole electrolyte water thing, flavored or not, and it's really not for me. So this is a great option, to get my electrolytes in a quick shot and move on with my day. Personally, I've not experienced stomach cramps or anything. It is a great pick-me-up in the afternoon if I'm feeling a little sluggish.

These have been very helpful during the times that I do extended fasting! They keep the cramps awful and help control cravings.

il migliore in assoluto per chi cerca sali per il fasting. Non necessario per il 16:8 o per il 24 ( sarebbe sprecato) ma da 36 fino a168 ore di fasti g prolungato e’ indispensabile. Non esiste nulla del genere sul mercato, a meno che prendiate gli ingredienti singolarmente , ma ad un costo molto maggiore.
