NOT FOR BEGINNERS. 99% of the parts in this kit must be assembled with glue and requires a lot of patience and concentration. The kit came well-packed. Three pieces are broken, all repairable, and only one piece missing. I can work around this. ALL the instructions are in Chinese (except the part numbers). This isn't an obstacle if you are good at following visual/picture instructions.A FEW TIPS: 1) Hundreds of pieces in lettered bags corresponding with the parts chart. Check EVERY piece against the chart and mark the chart with notations such as 'slightly warped' or 'broken but faxable' - this will help you determine if the kit should be returned. 2) The assembly of the base, floors, and walls begin on PAGE 20. 3) Make sure you fully understand the assembly of each piece before using glue. 4) Use a cutting mat with inches and centimeters - this will be a great help for making sure your pieces are aligned properly. 5) FOLLOW THE CORRECT ORDER OF ASSEMBLY to avoid problems.MOST IMPORTANT: Take your time - this project cannot be rushed. Give the glued pieces plenty of time to dry so they are tightly held and have all the proper tools at your disposal.
