Accidentally ordered
Accidentally ordered by small child thinking he was going to watch a movie.

Good book.
Look like it is readable. The back cover was sliced by a sharp object. I did not appreciate recieving it with a sticker on the front.

Includes most of the movie
If you want a book that has most of the parts from the movie, this is the one. The other Wreck it Ralph books are nice to have and we enjoy the artwork, but they are mostly mini stories from the movie. This junior chapter book also has pictures, so it's good for my 6 year old who can read, but also kind of needs a visual break with pictures every few pages.

Awesome book!!!
This was a really good book, what I like about it is that it's based on my favorite movie. As the same In the movie, Vanellope was my favorite character. :) I'd recommend this book to anyone who's a gamer, or loves this movie. But one thing I didn't like about it is that the chapters are kind of too short. :/ but all in all,it was a good book!

I like the book but...
I like the book but I wish the illustrations were in colour and that Felix had said to Calhoun "You're one dynamite girl" and had been thrown out of the plane (like in the movie)

Nice soft covered book.
Grandson was happy to receive this book. He is 8 years and taking it to school to show his friends. Has lots of pictures and just perfect reading for an 8 year old

Book Over!
I enjoy the Disney/Pixar novelizations, even though I’m an adult, and have no kids to use as an excuse for buying and reading them.I’m just not 100% sure that this works as a novelization. I’ve never been much of a gamer and have spent very little time in an arcade, apart from when I’ve been on holiday. I think the book and movie work better if you’re a gamer, and can recognise all the little quirks and nods to other games. I don’t think the games described in the book come across quite as well, as they do on screen and it’s probably not a book you would read without having seen the film first (although why would you?)The thing about the novelizations is that they still leave you with that warm fuzzy feeling as they do with the film. I own and have read a few now (Zootropolis, Brave, Tangled, The Princess & The Frog, Frozen) and a couple have also been written by this same author, Irene Trimble. This is well worth buying and reading, especially if you have kids who love the film as well, and a good addition to my novelizations shelf. I just don’t think the game descriptions translate as well.

useful
I bought this to encourage a boy I teach to read as he is obsessed with Wreck It Ralph. My son says it follows the story in the film but if you are buying it it is a proper chapter book and not for children who struggle to read unless you are going to sit with them and read with them.
