I love it!!!!!! I followed the size chart and bought the large because I am a size 10. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 230lbs. I wanted to put this review because so many people want to know the fir precisely. I bought the large and at first it was too tight- I had to do the old trick laying on the bed to zip it up. I had to do it two days in a row. It was a bit tight especially in the arms. But the point of it is to make you sweat. After the fourth day I was able to zip it up standing up. I use it for the gym and when I am jogging. I have slimmed down and I am able to fit it just right now!! I have slimmed down and I am so happy I use it. The amount of sweat is crazy. around my arms is not tight anymore and it fits just right now. The more you you use it the more it does what it is supposed to. I am not on a diet. I eat normal and drinks lots of water and exercise 4 times out of the week some times five. For us tall girls and fluffy if you feel confident to have it tight for just a little go with your shirt size and sweat until you can fit it properly. It works!!! but if you do not like being tight go a size up and make your way down. I hope this helps

The media could not be loaded. It’s definitely worth the coins! Works very well and it will have you sweating like crazy. It’s good on sizing… I ordered a 3xl because of the comments saying it was made small. I could go for a 2xl but I’m cool with the size I got. I wear a Lrg and Xl in tshirts. I’m 5’6 and 247lbs if that helps. It don’t make you feel like you are suffocating. Nice and breathable. I love pink loving the color. It stick to yur skin as you sweat but it don’t make you feel ikly. I’ve washed it and no tear or anything.The zipper an easy to go up and down. And I love the little latch to keep it from unzipping while working out. Very Satisfied!!!

I like it and it serves its purpose. My only advice is to make sure you get a proper size. I’m a L in my shirts. So I ordered a M. It was a little tight around my arms. But for me I was ok with that because I knew I would drop weight. Since losing weight, my arms fit just right. So it feels good to know I lost weight around my arms. Not saying this sweat vest is the reason for the weight loss. Don’t want anyone to think that. Just saying that just in case you want to buy it and it fit comfortably in size. But it definitely help you sweat.

love the little hooks for the zipper - simple genius solution. it’s thick obviously, so arms movements are somewhat restricted. the arms ARE bit tight as I saw in other reviews, but oh well, it still works. if the arm area was little more wider, it would’ve been perfect. It makes you sweat as advertised.

ii haven't used much because iam no ready to but arms are tiight a little . It does make you sweat pretty good!!

When I took,the vest out of the package, it had an extremely strong detergent odor. I've had it two weeks, washed it four times and it still stinks. The sports bra and tank I wore under it the only time I wore it, now have the same smell and it won't wash out! I've tried everything, and it and my clothes, still smell. I'm throwing out this vest because I don't want anything else to absorb the smell. Buyers beware if you're sensitive to fragrance!

This sauna cami by nonecho is a game changer. I am able to go about my daily routine while getting in some much needed gym time without the hassle. It is very slim and easy to wear under my blouses and doesn’t cause the sweat to actually escape into my clothes. It has held up great for several weeks now and I can already tell the difference in my tummy line. Great value and quality product!

I been meaning to write a review since I been wearing it. I got a 5x I'm about 325 pounds I think MAYBE I could have gotten a 4x, anywho hunny this thing covers the bottom! It's hard finding a waist trainer that covers the bottom stomach. I'm going to order a 4x because I have been shedding the weight and only had it for about a week!!!!!

I bought 14/16 fits great and doesn’t move when exercising- just confused as it’s not a material to make you sweat? I gave it a go anyway and I wouldn’t say I sweat more than I normally would. I’ve used the ‘Sweet Sweat Belt’ before and had WAY better results than this but this is £10 and ‘sweet sweat belt’ comes in around £30 so.. you get what you pay for I guess. Sizing is great tho.
