My spouse and I have our senior moments at 70. We believe this may be helpful in some small way with brain response and recall. The only drawback I can see to using this supplement is the price. For 2 people this costs us over $200.00 a month. I am not sure how long we can afford to take this. Beware that other memory supplements do not have Prevagen's ingredients. Don't expect immediate changes. What I have read about prevagen says improvement may occur with long-term use. Like all other OTC supplements, there are no rigorous, scientific, double-blind studies that prove it is effective. The aging brain needs to be stimulated by activity, creativeness, exercise, reading, problem solving, socializing, and so on. If you have a passive lifestyle, this is not the cure. Use it or Lose it. Prevagen is a supplement for active persons with engaging lifestyles, and nothing more. Other supplements, even the natural ones, can be filled with stimulants. There is antidotal evidence that many other things we eat, drink, and do, can also help to keep the mind sharp. Do a search exploration of all the things that might enhance brain function. I believe in utilizing all the sources we can, not just to maintain, but improve, the health of our body, mind and souls. Age is a number. Science is hard at work to find a cure for dementia. Prevagen is not that cure.

Easy to swallow and it seems to be helping my memory definitely not hurting! I have no trouble with upset stomach or taste. It is tasteless.

My mom had a stroke several years ago, and now has aphasia. She found these in the store and started taking them, and she said she feels like she can find her words a little better when she takes her Prevagen. I don't take them, so I am not sure if they make her feel any differently, but she lets me know when she is running low on these, so she doesn't run out. I now have these on Subscribe and Save with Amazon so she doesn't run out

It will help minor memory problems. It is not a miracle drug. Take it 30 days then quit and see if you miss it ?? Out of the three on the market it is the best one. The chewable works best.
