Product fits my bike will work for my trips i take on my bike

Mine showed up well packaged and in good shape.......except no hardware to mount it! Construction and paint is good. There is no template so you have to do some measuring before you start drilling holes. Its not terrible to put together, but more of an inconvenience. The key only can be removed in the locked position which is kind of a pain.

Looks absolutely amazing. I do wish you offered a package with the mounting plate for the inside along with the pad and black hardware so I didn't have to order these separately or fabricate myself, but the tour pack fit finish and paint look absolutely amazing especially for the price.

I got it for my 2005 road king I used my rack from my stock trunk because the one they send doesn’t work but no big deal the worse part is drilling the holes for the body rest pillow Thiers no temp plate or pre drilled holes I had to make 2 sets of holes and now it’s ruined unless you’re a professional I’d be real careful good product but no pre drilled holes

All in all the product is fine. The issue with the backrest is a bit annoying but if you're patient and take ur time it can work out ok. My only other complaint is that the quality of the hinges and latches could be a bit better. But still not a bad purchase.

2002 Electra glide fit perfect. As others have said had to drill holes, not a huge deal. Drilling the holes for the seat back was the most difficult. Looks great. Exactly what I was looking for. Does not come with a liner, but that’s to be expected at this price point.

Might be a better product if it didn't rattle like a tin can. Hinge pins are way to small!!!

Over all the tour pack is the same quality as others that I have bought, that isn't the problem. If you are wanting this without taking it to go get painted and just put it on your bike you can't. You will have to buy a different backrest pad. The backrest that comes with this sits about an inch and a half away from the body of the tour pack. I am not the only person that has had this issue from the reviews (I thought why not try that could have been a one-off situation NOPE) Do yourself a favor and save money buy a different one or buy them separately from someone else.
