Well ... perfect knife set for those who want good controll while chopping.. the resin coating doesnt add much to stop veggies from sticking...over all good performance.. and happy with product

So easy, so sharp. Great price. These usually last a year or two then I get new ones. They are the knives I go to in the drawer, so they get daily use. The color is nice, easy to spot in the drawer.

We were looking to replace our old knife set. These are pretty cool knives, for multiple reasons.Very sharp.Truly non-sticky knives.Easy to wash.Easy to handle.Decent weight.Multi-function.Excellent value set.We have not experienced any issue with the blade protectors.Highly recommended.
