I also had the previous version of those phone holder and I gave it to my son to use. I couldn't find anything I liked as much so I ordered this new version which is much more sturdy and easier to get the phone in and out of.I've had clamp type holders that didn't hold as well as this one. Even in my wallet phone case, the phone stayed in great. The clamp to the vent is very tight and doesn't slide at all.I'm very happy with the holder and find it as sturdy as can be expected to be a non solid clamp type.

I've had 2 or 3 different car phone holders by now and I feel like I'm always fighting "phone flop" in the car. When my last holder (that I hated) broke I begrudgingly purchased another one. I have an iPhone 11 Pro, an iPhone 12mini and my husband has a 12Pro or Max or ProMax, this fits all of our phones beautiful and THEY STAY IN PLACE. It might feel quite tight/tense when you get it but that is wonderful because it holds your phone snuggly and will stay positioned so you can video chat or look at the map or do whatever you do in your car.

It’s great because it fits tons of phones and it’s not bulky. This is my 3rd one, because unfortunately the downside is it only lasts 6 months. Would definitely pay more for a longer lasting version. But the hassle of ordering a new one a couple times of year is still worth it.

It was hard for me and my husband to find a good phone holder to fit our s21 ultra phones but this one works. The design makes it easy and sturdy and does not drop our phones when we hit a bump when we are driving which i had a huge problem when using my pop socket holder for the phone. It attaches to the vent of the ac. Good value and good design. Would recommend

Good product when using your phone in the upright position. But you can forget it when using it in the widescreen view. No good!

The ball on the back of this device is not strong enough to hold a cell phone upright. My phone tips down. Also, the holder seems flimsy and cheap. I'm surprised at the poor quality because it has a 4.2 rating. I bought it because I liked the six point support system and the ease of using it.

I use this product everyday. It makes following GPS and switching songs a breeze. The stand is sturdy and is high quality. I’ve used other phone holders that are bad quality and don’t hold my phone properly. Whenever someone is in the car with me they say “man i gotta get one of these for myself.” and whenever i’m in the car with someone else who’s trying to use GPS with no phone holder I congratulate myself for making such a smart purchase 10/10 recommend. My kids finally love me because of this.

Great phone holder! Fits my car and phone well. Easy to attach clamp to vent and adjust angle of holder. The 4 lateral grips help keep my phone in place, especially for tall phones.
