It works
It works as a home option for doing pull-ups. It comes with a poster showing how you can use it for other for other exercises as well. One thing to keep in mind, because it is wider than the actual doorway, you need to have a door that is clear on both the left and right side. In other words, it can't be a door where one side or the other is only a few inches from an adjacent wall. So, just make sure the doorway you want to use has at least a foot clearance on both the left and right side.

May slip and injure you
I bought this to try and not sit stagnant due to state wide lockdown and it does the job but not well the foam grips slip the whole unit is flimsy and bolts strip out the square hole ment to keep bolt from turning and its a bit dangerous I fell from the unit slipping off the top of door frame mid pull up I recommend clamping it when in use and take down when not in use if door is attempted to be closed the unit will fall and injure you

Not sturdy
I was disappointed to find that it was not as sturdy as I had hoped. Despite following the installation instructions carefully, the bar has a tendency to wobble and shake during use.I expected a product that was more durable and able to withstand regular exercise, but this pull-up bar has fallen short.I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a strong and reliable pull-up bar.

Great for stretch the muscles
I used it to stretch out my back. Feels great. I don't use it for chin-up. Afraid that it might pull out my door frame. My grand-son used one he had and it pulled out the door frame. So be mindful of this. Make sure the door framing is tightly screwed.

Bought as a Christmas Present
For my roommate after I overtightened a screw on his old one trying to help him fix it. It snapped and the screw went flying into oblivion.Went to lowes to buy a replacement screw but none there in the right size.Hopped on Amazon and made up for it with this as a present as easier than driving all around looking for just-the-right-size-screw (he threw in half the replacement cost, Iām not super wealthy š) .Have only done one set of pull ups on it personally, but it seems very sturdy and ergonomic.Iām 6ā1ā 184lb and it held me in a doorway with 0 issues - was solid and stable the entire time.

Just ok
Its ok for the floor exercises- includes a pretty cool poster with photo of exercises! Not so great in door frame, especially if you're on the heavier side but using for the floor exercises, perfect.

Kinda flimsy
Stronger bolts and thicker metal would make this 10/10

Not sturdy and slanted
I have been using this for 2 months. There's a serious problem with the design of this product. On it, there are 2 bolts in the back to keep the bars in place. I've tried to screw it tight for DOZENS of times, but it would ALWAYS come slanted or become loose soon after, so I'll have to rescrew and try again. I'm feeling very unsafe and frustrated about this contraption and I'm hoping someone will fix it. In conclusion, I will not recommend this product until this design is improved.
