I adore these glass mugs. At 450ml, they are big enough for a serious cup of tea or coffee, and keep liquids hot for AGES! And no matter how hot the drink is, the outer wall of the mug always stays cool. I have even blasted them in the microwave for 30-second intervals to heat up the odd cup I have had sitting around so long that they had finally gone cold; removing it hot and refreshed from the microwave without the need to use oven gloves or a cloth to handle it.Sure, they are expensive, but then, they are hand blown and crafted. And although dishwasher safe, I have always preferred to wash them by hand - if only to keep them scratch free. Yes, I have dropped and smashed one or two in our porcelain Belfast sink, and I've even had to replace a couple that came with a crack INSIDE the double wall of the mug, but its been worth it to sip away without burning my hands or mouth on a hot cup, or getting a mouthful of cold tea after 30 minutes!I have now replaced the mish-mash assortment of cups and mugs of all shapes, sizes, and designs in my cupboards. I have a full set of ten Zwilling Sorrento mugs and a few spares to hand, just in case! But as long as you are relatively careful with the Zwilling mug, and don't go bashing it down on hard natural surfaces, you should be OK for several years.

These are beautiful mugs but they are fragile. I’ve replaced them three times over the last two years because I keep breaking them. I try to be very careful but one bump against anything else that is hard, and viola it’s cracked.

The "mugs" are very well made - smooth, clear, sit flat and uniform. They keep the hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold much longer than any single wall glass or mug can. They wash well and are very resilient to daily use BUT any contact with a hard object will crack them. In typical bull-in-china-shop fashion I pulled one out of the cupboard and simply glanced the screw head that holds the door handle on and the mug cracked. Certainly my doing but not something your traditional mug or glass would be victim to. Again, great mug if the extra care and caution is given.

I hand wash these and use a spoon to stir my tea but am careful not to hit the sides too hard based on other reviews. I've had them for many months now and use them at least 3-5 times a week and they have been great, with no condensation on the interior between the glass walls. They are on the larger side though, but that's not a problem. Love them.

Produto muito bom, principalmente o isolamento térmico pelo vidro duplo. O vidro parece ser sensível, mas só manusear com cuidado que ele é resistente que a maioria dos copos. Apesar do preço é um ótimo produto.
