As an industry professional I have participated in many Talent Empowerment, Executive Coaching, Focused Strategy and .... courses. All have been worthwhile but never as thorough or detailed enough for the understanding to convincingly set in and become integral to change management. Fearless Talent Choices excels at breaking down the concepts of extracting the best from talent and the changes an organization needs to make to foster these changes.Early in the analysis, the value of Alignment and Focus are explored. Clearly spelling out the value of ensuring the right behaviors, tactics and strategies are modeled in the organization. And that there is Focus on these items, prioritization with a process to revisit them and ensure continued alignment.Fearless Talent Choices is an excellent read and superbly written - easily so any level of business owner can grasp and comprehend the concepts (not just HR professionals).Lastly, the study and approaches outlined are even more relevant now in today's Covid-ridden climate. The lessons shared translate well and remain relevant as the business landscape changes before us without knowing exactly where things will eventually settle.
