I am not sure, how it works. It may be alien tech.
The media could not be loaded. I am not sure, how it will treat water from hard to soft. We can see through from inlet to outlet. 🙄 Where there is no filter or salt crystals in between.Weather I got required one or not sure.The water passage hole is very tiny. For sure It will take time to fill my 15 ltr geyser.Installation done in minutes. Well fitted to my Sansui Aquifer 15 geyser.

There is a requirement of a an extension nipple without which this contraption keeps leaking.

Good quality softner for geyser at this price. No hardness in water is observed. Recommended to use.

Didn't notice any difference in water hardness
Water hardness is still remains same. Geyser is still making the noise because of water hardness. The device has a powerful magnet inside. Not sure how it reduces the hardness. It would be helpful if eco crystal can provides the demo or proof that it is reducing the hardness.
