Set of stainless steel lifting combs 8

We bough these to use on my sons show goats. We had used so many different types of grooming tools over the years, but these by fair have been the best. They are extremely durable, with most if not all types of hair. The plastic material used for hold these together are also durable and hold up in the toughest of grooming conditions. They help our shears make sharp cuts and leave the hair clean. These were very affordable for the high quality of a product this is. We have purchased a lot more expensive grooming tools for our animals over the years, and most of them have not lasted like these do.

Metal guide combs are 100% THEE WAY TO GO if you use guides. I've considered plastic 'good enough' for 7 years.....NO, THEY ARE NOT! Spend some extra money, and Get Metal!! Smoother cut, less hair catching, virtually no 'lines' in your work and much more accurate length and cut overall. I have not tried other brands of metal combs, but grabbed these since I happen to have an Andis clipper. LITERALLY, Disappointed it took me so long to get over the extra cost and buy them. A few extra dollars for the trade of less hassle and headache?? YES! If they break, I'll gladly repurchase, but the quality here seems quite solid. I'm HAPPY 😊

These work well and seem well made. They come in a nice clear plastic case, but it broke on day 1 when I dropped it. Would like a more durable case. They are a little expensive, but I don't think there are any other options for the Andis trimmers.

Finally used these to clip my pup! They were easy to use and worked well! Love that they are metal

I have a very curly goldendoodle. I bought the Andis Ultraedge clippers and they are awesome! I tried to make some plastic combs I already had work, but they struggled to move through her thick hair. Everything I read said you need metal combs for curly hair. After reading many reviews on many brands I concluded these were the only combs that were universally loved, fit right and didn't pop off. I just wasn't crazy about the price. Thankfully the reviews were right! These combs have a spring-like fit that does not budge!!! They work beautifully! I could not be happier. One recommendation on packaging- the card with the color coded size chart is too big to fit in the box. I trimmed a little off and now it sits in the lid for quick reference.
