We had this professionally installed at Car Toys in our 2017 Pacifica. It is HUGE but it amazing. Highly recommend picture quality. They wired in the AUX cable so we don't have to mess with the FM transmitter. Bought the IR transmitter headphones and they immediately connect. Very pleased with purchase and the $5K we saved not buying the upgrading Pacifica package. It also is much better than the middle row seat back offered as entertainment package, especially if you have 4 kids like us!

I gave this a three star instead of a five. The unit was easy to install, the picture quality and sound quality is great. It all works great. The dome lights are bright and work great. However, the company said they would not warrant the player for two years but instead a 90 day only, all because I installed it. They said if I had a qualified installer they would warrant the player for two years. This player was very easy to install and I am not going to pay someone when I can do it myself. The wiring was straight forward and easy to hook up.

This is a great system. We have been very happy with it had a place install it and it is great. It didn't quite get 5 stars for me because it doesn't swivel and when the car is cold it has to heat up before it works, but those are minimal issues to deal with for the benefit it provides.

Great unit for the price. Kids love it

The picture looks nice, but it's not very intuitive. Sure it has a nice resume feature, but I have to power on the player, it doesn't just come on with the car like my old one did. But the resume feature still isn't enough when you have to manually switch it back to the mode it was reading from. Not a problem to have when you've got kids too small to work a remote. I've had the player freeze up on me when having it change what it's doing on multiple occasions, i.e. stop movie then play again, freeze or switch to SD card, freeze. And I have to restart my van because when it freezes the power button doesn't work either.

Install was straightforward, blends with interior perfectly. Huge screen, great image quality. I've been a fan of Soundstream car audio equipment since the mid-90s and this DVD player definitely does not change that.

Bought this in March 2019. Here we are December 1st and it has stopped working. Won't read dvds at all. Either says no disc is in or it says disc error. Really mad that I spent $250 on this piece of junk and it lasted less than 9 months. Don't waste your time or money on this crap, buy something that will last longer. I live in AZ, it's not even like it's that cold here right now!

This is a very good size DVD player. We had it professionally installed. The first one came in and there was no sound at all. We received the replacement and it has done well for 9 months, but now after working it for a while, sometimes it doesn't want to play DVDs or has a black screen. I have to turn it off and let it rest for a little while then turn it back on.
