This tea does not taste bad when mixed Stevia. It helps with bloating but personally I don’t think it makes you lose weight, it basically just works as a detox so you are probably losing pounds of crap. I have been drinking it at night time, but it wakes me up around two- three times during the night with cramps and the urge to use the restroom so if you like to sleep peacefully I would take it during the day if you’ll have a restroom close to you.

The pack arrived bent up but that's fine the tea bags were intact. My coworkers recommended this tea to me so I gave it a try. I'm just 2 days in and I'm in a lot of stomach pain and going to restroom nonstop. I know senna effects people differently but for me it's a no go. I can definitely say I've dropped 2 lbs so far, but granted I have had to stay close to restroom 🙃. It's a great buy and it works but the side affects for me aren't rewarding. The tea itself with honey taste fine.
