We got this specifically to use at the beach and used it every day for 7 days. Very compact and light weight which was great when hauling a lot of other things. It was very easy to steak into the sand and even on very windy days, the wind did not get underneath it or try to blow it away. Sand wipes right off and it dries very quickly.I had looked at many other options and after using this for a week I can strongly recommend this for beach use.

Pros: Dries quickly. Easy to dust sand off. Stakes keep from rolling up or flying away.Cons: Stains easily from sun block or sun tan lotion. Very thin material. Not very comfortable.I would highly suggest a blanket being placed down first and then put this blanket over it. Otherwise it's going to be a very lumpy beach stay. I had to readjust myself often to get comfortable while sitting or laying on the blanket. Overall, I probably wouldn't purchase another, as it is just too thin.

Bought this a little over a year ago. I like that it is light weight, compact and sand resistant. Great for the park. But It is not water resistant like it says in the description! So that part isn't to great for the beach. It was pretty wet but given some time and a lot of sun it dried up a bit. I'm actually looking for something that IS water resistant to replace this one because I dont want to deal with this one anymore.Blah!

it's a great lightweigh blanket that folds up into an attached bag. small enough to carry anywhere. Yes, there is staining but the one thing that the buyer must purchase along with the blanket are 12" stakes...not 9". My beach is very windy. The stakes that come with it are useless. 12" is perfect and holds down the blanket beautifully.

Took this to the beach this Summer. We have no complaints. Very thin, definitely need another blanket underneath, but the sand just rolls off easily, rolls up easily. Very nice and was a great investment.

The prefect blanket! Fits in a purse with plenty of room to spare. Great for a picnic or a day at the beach...this blanket does it all. Machine washable and cleans up like it is brand new. Very happy with my purchase!!

We needed a blanket for the beach and this one worked out perfectly. It can easily fit my girlfriend, myself and our beach stuff. The material is smooth, lightweight and durable. It even stays cool when it's hot out. I think it makes a great gift!
