Beautiful and Functional
A Lovely addition to the kitchen. So much nicer to have around than plastic. Good sizes for the various uses (I use large for veg, med for fruit + small for spices.) Much harder surface than standard wooden boards - better for keeping knives sharp. Also lighter than most wood, which makes them easy to handle.

It feels good. The coating makes the board slippy. I like to have three different sizes. It is not like raw wood but worth the money you pay for it.

I taglieri sono robusti e fanno bene il loro lavoro.Cercavo un qualcosa di resistente e sicuro (ero stufa dei taglieri di plastica che dopo un po' di tempo si rovinano). Questi rispondono molto bene a quello che cercavo!Li lavo a mano (solo sotto acqua calda oppure con una punta di sapone per piatti per igienizzarli).Prima di utilizzarli, li ho unti con dell'olio da cucina, in modo che il legno lo assorbisse e rendesse la superficie più impermeabile (ma fate attenzione che tendono a essere più scivolosi in questo modo).Se il coltello ci batte sopra, si rigano leggermente, ma risultano sempre più sicuri del tagliere in plastica.
