Very high quality epsom salt. This is the only brand I use. Dissolves very quickly in water.

Check the pounds on the package before you buy! I somehow picked a 2 pound instead of my regular 5 pounds. The price was the same! There is also an 18 pound package that is only twice the price of the 5 pounder! I used to order it but they stopped making it. I see it’s come back. It is a deal and even a better grain. Look for it and check the weight. It is deceiving!!

Skip the pill and soak in this. Be it constipation, chronic pain, arthritis, asthma,migraines, sprain, skin disease, this is the cure all. This is one of the cheapest and most effective remedies on the market. I fully endorse this product. The only thing I will caution is not overdoing it or taking more than three baths a week if you have any bleeding issues and if you have any doubts, consult a doctor.

The reason why I won't be buying again is the resealable packaging is bad. I would pay the extra dollar or two to have higher quality sealant.

J'utilise ce sel d'Epsom pour faire des bombes de bain et il est parfait! J'essaie d'en recommander mais il n'est plus disponible...je suis déçue car c'est le meilleur et je ne suis plus capable d'en avoir...je ne comprends pas ce qui ce passe???
