The product was delivered on time as promised. This is my first time buying this brand, but I did a lot of research of the different types of Zinc and I found that Zinc Picolinate absorbs better in your system, so I thought I'd give it a try. It did not disappoint. I am a true fan of Zinc and how it helps fight off colds and other respiratory illnesses, and this product is excellent. I highly recommend Zinc Picolinate. It seems to work a lot better than regular Zinc. Use it as soon as you feel a cold coming on, or use it daily - especially now with the pandemic and flu season approaching! I take it daily and I also take Vitamin C daily. These 2 together - they are a knock-out punch to colds !!

I have been using this product for a year and a half. It is great that it has an 8 month supply in the two pack. The supplement is not coated for a smooth swallow so if you have any issues with swallowing pills it may take a bit to get use to it. Overall it is a great supplement.

Zinc is much needed for the body to function normally especially for senior citizens like me. The food that we are taking in every day is not enough to cover our needed nutrients so the supplements help to sustain our daily activities.

The pills are small & easy to swallow

I first tried zinc carbonate and could hardly swallow it and after swallowing it I didn't feel well. A friend told me to try zinc pinolinate. I had no problem swallowing it and felt fine after taking it.

It's a small tablet and not a gel capsule. It's easier to swallow. In my case I cut them in half so I only take 25mg per day. I won't be able to half a capsule.

The good: I was satisfied with the quality of the supplement itself and feel that it works as expected. Good value for the money and I would recommend it for anyone who doesn't have trouble taking pills.The bad: They are not as pictured or described. I have trouble swallowing pills, so I chose these pills specifically because they were advertised as an "easy to swallow micro tablet". They are smaller in diameter (about the size of a button cell battery) than other tablets I've taken, but they are very thick. In addition, these odd-shaped tablets are dry and uncoated which makes them even more likely to get stuck in the throat. I have to use a pill crusher in order to take them which is very inconvenient and disappointing (for something touted as easy-to-swallow). Luckily, they don't taste bad. Once I finish this 8-month supply, I will probably purchase a liquid zinc supplement.This product may be more appropriately labeled as easIER-to-swallow.
