INNSTAR Portable Resistance Bands Bar，Workout bar for Strength Training Power Lifting Cardio Exercise and Home Gym

I was skeptical at how well these would perform for home workout compared to real weights in the gym.Happy to say these are excellent for a full workout at home. If you use the right weight of bands and use correct motion you can definitely get a good pump and feel the result.Its important to research the correct weight you need... Most average users will be blue or green camo I feel with advanced users being higher. I opted for green and use both longer bands for squats (at first I was a bit worried to stretch these longer bands to my full standing position (I'm 6foot) but they handle the stretch very well no issues and I can complete squats fully.The way the bands can be clipped on and off is really good and easy to use. The option is there to buy different weighted bands separately if you wish.Performing bench press with the bench chest strap and bar works very well to.I highly recommend this bit of kit.

Its honestly a really versatile bit of kit, ive been out of shape a while due to an injury and its helping me to ease back in to regular exercise. The main band and strap is not for beginners but you can remove one or two bands from the handles. I was a very experienced lifter and find it challenging enough to continue to use.

Great Product and Excellent Quality, but I returned it due to an old shoulder injury, getti g in the way of working out. Great customer service.

Best bit of kit I've purchased, I have been going to a gym and had a home gym for years and we have just moved into our new property with not enough room for a home gym and the nearest gym is to far to travel,so I purchased an Innstar gym and I can honestly say it's a game changer, I can do more or less all the exercises at home sitting on a chair or using a door frame,its amazing,buy one if it's what you are looking for you won't be disappointed 😀 also purchase some of the accessories like the door anchor's etc you will need them and they don't cost a fortune 👍👋

Perfect for taking away and using with bands attached. Work away a lot and in isolated locations so perfect to keep with me

Less than 3 week's old and cable has snapped. Questionable quality and not fit for purpose.Update:Originally I gave this review 1 star but increased to 4 stars because of Innstar's customer service. I reported the issue directly to the seller and received 2 new resistance bands a day later. Hopefully these new bands will be more durable but can't fault the excellent customer service.
