very easy to use, but the batterys need to be new for it to work

Very poor product
Bought this in May. To be honest I only used it a few times per week and was happy with it. Its now August, just 3 month later and it jammed cleared it out, then used it twice and it now just wont work, Even changed the battery's but no joy. Nice to look at, but useless to use,

amazing, been through so many manual staplers that break or dont work. never EVER will i go back to manual again! electric is the way forward and the Leitz succeeds enormously !

Waste of time and money
Cheap and nastyFalls apart the first time you try and load staples.Jams up every other time you use it.Not the easiest job to refill with staples and instructions are extremely poor.

Broken
This item stopped working after 2 weeks and I have been unable to return it or get a refund. Very disappointing as it is not cheap.

I had something similar to the electronic staple wizard that just stopped working after about 18 months light office use. To be fair though it's only advertised as an occasion stapler. What attracted me to this was the high quality and frequent use. It was a little pricy and with having trouble using a manual stapler, this was a must. So far the staples seem the same size as the cheaper electric stapler and its made out of plastic that doesn't seem like it would survive a few floor drops. It does the job well and comes with a 3 year guarantee, so hopefully this will work for years to come.

i was very happy when i first time receive the item
i was very happy when i first time receive the item. but howere, after 6 weeks, it does not work well....keep jam.....i dont know how should i return to fix that.....

Cute little stapler- hard to find refills though
If you can't live without pink office accessories, this is a great find! It's a workhorse, and isn't loud at all. My only beef is that trying to find refills for the staples is pretty hard- the manufacturer is in Germany, and I'm not sure that I could buy off brand staples to refill it.

Brauchten einen guten neune Tacker. Da wir ca. 350 Rechnungen im Monat Tackern müssen, war die Entscheidung einen Elektrischen Tacker zu kaufen. Nur welchen ? Das mit dem "Robust, Leise und einfach" sollte schon zutreffen, daher kam uns dann der Leitz Tacker als gutes Gerät in den Sinn.Gekauft mit den mitgelieferten Tackern gefüllt, an Strom angeschlossen und schon konnte es losgehen.Rechnung unter halten und "surrr" schon war die Rechnung getackert. Das leise angenehme Geräusch und die gute Leistung beim Tackern überzeugt ganz klar.Vielen Danke für dieses Gerät und die Arbeitserleichterung 👍👍👍
