Works well, great value
Does everything I want it to for sous vide and is half the price of the more expensive ones. Heats pretty quickly and definitely holds it's set temp. Changing the set temp or timer isn't the most convenient, but it works fine.

Great, simple and quick set up
Happy with my purchase. I am glad of making a decision to purchase the least expensive. It did what it was supposed to do. Set up to cook is quick.

Perfectly cooked food is EASY!
Want your steak medium rare no matter how thick it is? This machine will do it for you EASY. No overcooking. If you leave it for an extra hour or two while you entertain guests - no problem. Finishing on the grill makes it perfect! If you use a torch or 'flame thrower' be certain you do NOT allow the blue part of the flame to get near the food. The blue part flame will impart a very UNPLEASANT flavor of unburned hydrocarbons to your food.I was hoping it might also add to the tenderness of the meat, but I think I do a better job of that on the grill. I suspect it may be overcooking the meat slightly as a matter of food safety, but I can adjust for that.

High quality piece with precise temperature control and timer. If you haven't tried this type of cooking you are missing out. Well worth the money.

No issues, have used it several times in the first weeks of having it. It was larger than I was expecting. That’s not a complaint are a negative just an observation

Simple Controls And Setup WORKED. The Manual Isn't Much, But It Isn't Really Needed.
Unlike The First Cooker I Tried, The Inductance Controls WORKED. It May Be My Old, Dry, Callused Hands, But Controls Without A Hard Push Button Seldom Work Well For Me ━ But Not This Time. The Controls Were Obvious, "Saw" My Finger Tips Well, And Allowed Me To Set Time, Temp, And Fahrenheit in Seconds Without Looking At The Manual……and the clamp fit a standard 10$ 12qt. stockpot from wlmart perfectly.
