Bushnell Prime Low Glow Trail Camera - 24MP Image Quality, 1080p HD Video, Advanced Sensor Technology for Clear Nighttime Captures, Brown

I bought this to try to catch a gecko that visited every night. It was not able to catch it even though it came by with the camera on several times. It does not advertise being able to capture such a small fast animal so I’m not deducting stars. The quality of the photo and videos are excellent. It is difficult to setup if you have a very specific place you want it to watch. But I imagine people use these to cover larger areas. It has a screen but you can’t use it to see what it will record. You have to keep pulling out the card and putting it in a computer to figure it out. But like I said no issue with larger areas. I used a few functions. One that took a photo every minute without the motion sensor needing to be triggered. And the same thing with video. I like that you can choose the quality so you can save space on the card if high quality isn’t needed. I did test out the motion detection with myself during setup and it did get triggered but not if you move too fast. It just doesn’t start recording fast enough. I think for most people’s use case this will work perfect. It didn’t work for my original reason for buying it but I wasn’t counting on it. And will still use it to watch wildlife. Great value for money. I recommend.

this is the 3rd bushnell prime low glo ive got that will not take pictures, constantly says to re-format and as soon as you do and set up to take pictures it says to re-format.....total crap very pissed.....they used to be a great camera dont know what happened to that company

I have some of these that have been outside for 6 years, they work great. Easy set up.

Very good camera for the price

Very poor quality. The unit only lasted 3 months before the lens became cloudy making the unit unusable. Bushnell now makes poor quality equipment. The company is just a poor shadow of the company that it once was. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Never going to waste my money again on Bushnell.

I purchased 3 for myself and 1 for my parents. Of the 4 purchased, 3 have stopped working after 20 months. They were all secured to trees in the Southeastern part of the U.S. They were not hit by falling limbs or any other type of force that could cause damage. With every defective cam, the displays do not come on anymore. They behave like the batteries are dead, but putting new batteries in does not solve the problem. I see mostly positive reviews here, so I wonder how many people left their review right after they set up the trail cam. Perhaps the camera stopped working because they are not resistant *enough* to rain and chilly temperatures. I don't know. If the trail came kept working, I would have otherwise been satisfied with the purchase. The image quality and sensitivity are great. The menu is intuitive as well. If anyone knows of a reliable trail cam that lasts many years, please respond here. I would like to purchase a good one.

Nunca funcionou. A câmera não para de pedir para formatar o SD. Não importa se já formatou (rápida ou completa) ou até trocou de cartão. Mandei mensagens no site da Bushnell, mas sem respostas até agora. Não achei no site da Amazon onde posso falar sobre isso. Depois do acima, descobri que a formatação no computador não funciona e tem que ser feita na própria câmera. Formatei o SD na câmera e ficou normal.
