Abnormal Strong fishy smell is coming through in my product
This batch is damaged it has a strong fishy smell like cationic products. However; the INCI does not list trimethylamine. I’ve purchased this product several times in the 4oz size did the formula change? What’s in it causing a really strong fishy smell that’s coming through in my products?
