Was very impressed with this item - presentation was great and came in it's own little tin. Just plug in and go and sturdy item for its size. Can be used with USB on a computer/laptop and has Apple & Android plugs so is very versatile and fast download speed. Would definitely recommend and would by again

Used to back up photos from android Samsung A50 phone to transfer to Mac. A larger ‘ how to’ manual would be useful. But the product did the trick.

Had high hopes for this.I’ve used flash drives many times before but this was awful. Wouldn’t work.I spent two hours trying different things. You have to download an app from China (?) not good reviews. So I’m unsure if the app is the issue or the flash drive itself but I cannot recommend this to use with an iPhone. Didn’t transfer a single photo.Sorry, it’s going back!

Yes, it has the space for organising your photos, videos and other sorts of files and there is also a little file or two contained on the drive to guide you how to use it. The price is very reasonable in GB/£ or GB/$ compared with similar items available on the market which have much less space. Yes it has some useful adaptors for different gadgets and gizmos you may want to plug this into to transfer files from phone to phone, for example. Syncing can be hard to get your head around so I prefer to plug something in and give simple instructions like ticking thumbnails. This is a very versatile little gadget and I was pleased to ad it to my growing collection.

IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THIS MINUS 5 STARS I WOULD. THE APP YOU NEED FOR THIS IS REALLY BASIC. USED IT ONCE SOON AFTER PURCHASE AND IT DIDN’T BACK EVERYTHING UP. PUT IT DOWN AND TIME WENT ON. I THOUGHT PERHAPS THAT I’D MISS SOMETHING IN THE INSTRUCTIONS WHICH ARE SPARSE. LOOKED AT IT AGAIN 8 MONTHS LATER AND NO I HAVEN’T MISSED ANY INSTRUCTION. I TRIED IT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND IT STILL REFUSES TO BACKUP OVER TWO YEARS OF PICTURES FROM MY IPHONE. ITS A 128 GB STICK WITH OVER 100GB OF FREE SPACE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR YOUR TIME. A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO I BOUGHT A TRANSCEND BACK UP DRIVE FOR AN IPHONE WHICH TOTALLY WORKED WITHOUT HASSLE. SO TO FINISH ALL MY ONE STAR RATINGS ARE REALLY MINUS 5 STARS.

Not compatible with both my Androud Galaxy Note20 Ultra, nor my wife's Galaxy S10 Plus. Both phones only accept Type C USB. Total waste of money. Amazon, you can relax! I gave it to a neighbours kid - I won't want a refund! 😆
