Il prodotto è arrivato ben imballato ed incellophanato come nuovo, tuttavia la scatola presenta ambo gli angoli interni strappati e il photobook come la custodia del DVD presentano segni di usura. Il prodotto, venduto come nuovo, non sembra esserli affatto, lo si potrebbe al meglio definire un fondo di magazzino non adatto alla vendita o un reso ricondizionato.Per il costo, assolutamente indecoroso.
