As an OEM product it works flawlessly
As an OEM product it works flawlessly and it was simple to install and program, got what I wanted and what I paid for, it is well worth the price and the time to install.

This was not an OEM unit at all
I paid extra for an OEM unit, this is clearly not one. Besides that, it only has 1 mounting hole so it can easily move or get knocked off, unlike the OEM unit. It does function properly, but at 4x the price, I'm not happy getting a knockoff.

Easy to program
Set it up with my garage door opener in SECONDS. Works GREAT. I had bought a universal one first, but after 1/2 hour of trying to set it up I gave up and returned it to the store. This one cost as much as the universal. I should always search Amazon first before going out to buy something. It seems like I end up buying from Amazon anyway!

Perfect match for openers with Purple learn button and wire
A LiftMaster garage door opener came with my home, but there was no key pad. I don't know why I waited so long, but 7 years later it occurred to me that I could add one. This one paired up with my opener in just a few minutes. Compatible with openers with the purple wire and learn button. The beige matches our home perfectly and functions as advertised. Would buy again!

This product will work with a Craftsman door opener as long as it has a PURPLE learn button. Be sure to look over your specifications carefully. My original door opener lasted about 6 years with constant use...this one appears to be of good quality and was very easy to program. The mount fit the old screw holes also.

Not and OEM Liftmaster
This was NOT an OEM Liftmaster. It did work but did not have a whole at the bottom to fasten to the wall. So the keypad swayed on the one hanging point at the top. Plus the code needs to be entered to close the door. The keypad if not branded or have the model number on the back. It worked but st nearly $70 I could by different knock off for much less. I sent this one back.

Great unit. I have a the purple button/wire opener and it works great. I recommend. Be careful with install. I went off the manuals 4.25" suggestion for screws and it turned out to be 4". I know better than to trust the manual, I usually just measure the unit. Oh well not a big deal. Other than that a snap to install and set up.
