Made stove installation easier
My new pellet stove wasn't at the exact level of where the pipe exits the wall. This flexible piece gave me the wiggle room so I didn't have to raise the stove. Very tight connection at the stove though. You're going to need some muscle to get it on. But guess that's how it should be.

Great product, worked great, only problem was it is somewhat difficult to expand the connector. Other than that I liked it and would definitely recommend it.

NOT SUITABLE FOR PELLET STOVE
We had purchased this item as someone had posted that they used it with their pellet stove - exactly our need. We installed it and used it - but when it was inspected we were advised that this item is not to be used with pellet or wood stoves. I did not try and return the item as we had used it for about 2 weeks prior to our inspection.Deliver was, however, was fast.
