No more than about 10A otherwise it's likely to burn out It's ok for very load loads, but make sure you also have a load value fuse - you want the fuse to blow before (long before!) the wire melts

Decent flexible twin core 12AWG cable for 20A current loads

Good quality, easy to strip the insulation, cables are joined together and very flexible. 12AWG decent for 20A current assuming a 60C insulation taking over a few metres. Would recommend so far.
