This knife sharpener is certainly easy to use. It's got three areas for sharpening...for most knives you will only use two and they clearly mark on the unit which ones are which and I appreciated that. I've used a lot of knife sharpeners as I cook a lot and this did an adequate job...what I was hoping for was a really clean slice through a sheet of paper afterwards and I didn't get that but it did a fine job of slicing a tomato so I'm good with it.

This is a must-have tool for the kitchen. I was so tired of having dull knives. I like that this sharpener is small enough to store in my knife drawer. It is very easy to use. It has a nice handle to grip down on the device while running the knife through each of the sharpeners/polishers. I was always leery of using a traditional stone sharpener, but this makes the job so easy.

I inherited my mom's Henckels knife set after she passed away in 2007. I have been using them daily for years and noticed they weren't quite as sharp or easy to cut through things as they used to be. Enter the Autoor Kitchen Knife Sharpener. Just a few quick passes through the three slots and voila! My knives once again cut like buttah!

Wonderful knife sharpener. I was able to extend the life of my knives. It is very easy to use and restores the knife edge to sharp with six easy slides against the stone. Easy to store because it's compact in size.

I probable would have given it 5star if the sharpeners were not awkwardly placed. I almost damaged of ky knives because I running them from left to right. Espevially that the accopanying catalogue has numbers showing, supposedly, the sequence. It turned out, after reading the instruction, that you should start in the middle, tuen go left and end with the right one!

The sharpener itself is great, easy to use and a total value for the price; my only negative is the instructions included were for a variety of sharpeners made by the company and it was hard to decipher which lot of instructions were for which type of sharpener. Once you figure that out, it’s great.

You can remove the cartridge and turn it around for lefties.
