As my husband already has similar slippers to these, but the ones with the lower back, incidentally (which are still going strong), and needing a 2nd pair for when being washed, then spotting these on a lightening deal - we didn't hesitate to snap up, with the hope that they are just as good as his other pair just mentioned.As the other pair have easily been the best slippers he has owned, full stop.Unfortunately, my hubby is housebound, so slippers are his everyday shoes, mostly they never last; it's lucky if a pair goes beyond 6 months before hanging off his feet!Yet, the 1st pair have been excellent and have certainly lasted longer than they normal do.Now, having owned these slippers for many months, he can say without doubt that these are just as good - actually better, than the aforementioned pair.In actual fact; these slippers are pretty similar, the exception of the raised back on this pair, they have very quickly become his favourite pair of slippers of all time, boy, that sure is saying something!They are very well made, unbelievably comfortable, as I agreed - like clouds on your feet; when he insisted that I try them.The sole is very good and not very slippy, say, on wet decking, and they have lasted the longest out of all his slippers to date - fantastic! :-DSo, a very happy purchase, yes, they might be a tad more pricey than hubby's usual slippers, but there's a reason for this and they sure are worth it!Edit: Unless something drastic happens, his thoughts are he'll definitely buy again, as nothing lasts for ever!As per last thoughts, we're in need of another pair, as I've said nothing last for ever - yet these have substantially lasted much longer longer than any of previously owned slippers m, so much so he's asked for another pair, after splitting them when being caught, very happy to be purchase another pair.Simply excellent slippers, warm, constable, good fitting, good soles and hard wearing, again, this 1st pair have outlasted previously all other owned slippers, some even more than twice as long.

I've had my pair for just over a year and they are still intact and cosy. I've worn these every day in all this time and, even though the inner sole is slightly worn now, they are still comfortable and keep my feet warm.I've bought cheaper slippers in the past but have got what I paid for, ie slippers that start to fall apart within a couple of months.I would have no hesitation in recommending these slippers. 5/5 all round.

As a chilblain sufferer I have found these a big help in regulating the temperature of my feet. The initial grip is beginning to diminish so they'll probably get a bit 'sloppy' with time but I accept this. My tip is to wear 2 pairs of socks rather than one thick pair then if your feet get too hot, say in a hot room, then you can take one pair off. Would buy these again.

If so, these may be what you've been looking for!After a bit of research, these VeraCosy slippers seemed to combine the perfect balance between quality and value. With the exception of the slightly twee name, all looked good and I ordered a pair.As is usually the case with Amazon, they were delivered the next day and I found myself unfeasibly excited to try them on! They definitely didn't disappoint!These slippers fit exactly as expected, which was a relief. The plush lining provided a good degree of warmth, and the rubberised sole gave both grip and comfort around the house. That can be especially important on laminate or marble floors, where smooth soled slippers can be dangerously slippy. Just for clarity, the soles haven't marked any of the floor coverings, which I was initially concerned about.The design of these slippers, with the back of them extending up over the heel (in contrast to the lower slip-on styles) also allows for improved safety when ascending or descending stairs. You'd be shocked at how many people - particularly, but not exclusively, in later life - suffer awful injuries through tripping on stairs or carpets due to ill-fitting slippers. I'm confident that these are sufficiently well designed to minimise that risk.I've had these for about a month or so, and due to lock-down they've been on my feet for most of each day. Fit perfectly, very comfortable and warm great pair of slippers

Comfortable to wear, warm, reasonably priced and well made. Brilliant

Biggest issue seems to be sizing - I am 8 1/2, but normally have 9 wide. I found their size 9 initially (60 mins) to be a little tighter than normal, but quickly moulded to my size and find it to be comfortable.

These were great initially. Nice and warm, comfortable and kept their shape. Unfortunately, after a few months of reasonable wear and tear, the soles split along a weak-point in the sole pattern on both, and due to the pattern the split exposed a 'tongue' of plastic when the sole was bent and I kept tripping on rugs, stairs and electrical cables. Due to them becoming risky to wear, I had to retire them.
