For some reason, the prefilled bottle is excellent and foams very nicely, but the refill bags must be made differently because that product has more water in it and doesn’t foam well at all. The difference in the color of the soap between the prefilled bottle (darker color) and the refill bag (lighter color) is obviously very different. You would think that the formula would be the same, but these pictures prove that it’s not. I actually sent these same pictures to the company.And forget about calling the company’s customer service because they never answer, and it takes about a week to get a response by email. It’s a shame because the service and the product used to be much better.

I like the scent of this product, but the soap is dispensed a bit thin, so I find myself pumping out more soap than I think should be the case. Otherwise, it is not a bad hand soap.Updated 8/19/2016: I was contacted by the company co-founder shortly after I posted my initial review & he explained they were aware their product was a bit thin. He informed me they had created a new formula that would address this issue, & also offered me a free sample to try & compare. I readily accepted the offer & after a couple of side-by-side comparisons by both my wife & I, I can honestly say they HAVE created a better product. The viscosity of the soap is noticeably thicker & smoother, & I don't feel that I have to use as much soap as needed with the original product. Therefore, I am raising my rating to 4 stars. Nice job Puracy, keep up the good work. Also consider introducing different scents then the one you are currently offering.

New Review: Amazingly, customer service from this company read my complaint about this pump not working and sent me a new bottle! It works like a charm and I am very happy with the soap and the dispenser! The soap is lightly scented and very gentle on hands. I am an avid cook and wash my hands dozens of times while busy in the kitchen. This soap does not dry my skin out like others have done.I have noticed a great decline in customer care and satisfaction. This company deserves patronage because it obviously DOES care!!Old review: The soap is fine. But, the pump is terrible. It is always sticking and I have to readjust it every time I try to use it. The soapy foam squirts out straight and not down so you have to hold your hand over the nozzle to make sure it does not squirt too far. There are too many other natural foaming soaps that don't have pump issues so this will not be a repurchase for me.

Hands down best soap I've ever used! My wife and my hands are always cracking and bleeding especially in the winter because we are sensitive to chemicals in antibacterial hand soaps and we wash our hands frequently. So, we are always putting lotion on after we wash our hands, which never really works. We've tried the nourishing soaps, the foams from bath and body which we were told has moisturising agents. It wasn't until I bought this on a whim because I hate the smells of summer soaps that we found our soap. This stuff makes your hands feel smoother and softer after washing them. It suds and lathers like the bath and body soaps, smells great, and most importantly, leaves your hands feeling clean and SOFT. In fact, I'm purchasing the rest of the puracy products, with the 64 oz refill pouch, because we also love the dish soap for baby bottles.I wish I was given this product free to review, but I bought it and am reviewing it honestly because I fell in love with this company.

We really like the scent and quality of the soap. It's unfortunate that the pump container is so poorly made. After a while, the pump wouldn't pop back up and if we pulled it back up, it wasn't easy to find the spot to be able to push it back down, so we try to keep it in an in-between position. If you like the soap, my suggestion is to buy the liquid refill bag and a quality foam pump and mix it yourself. I'm sure the manufacturer makes a lot more money when you buy the foam product and pump together, so it's amazing to me that they would push you toward a different approach by giving you a lousy pump, but that's what we got.

Beekman Goat soap is superior! At first, I had trouble getting used to using Beekman. I first got the soap from QVC.I came to Amazon for a soap dish. I was afraid it would all break. So far this had not occurred. When the soap dish doesn't work anymore, it has to be boiled in water for 30 min. I am not sorry now that I have Beekman's. I may have had some pause if I knew all this beforehand. Now I definitely like Beekman's better. If you like Puracy, keep using it.

I currently use an aloe based liquid soap that is fantastic and I get a discount on, however, I love a foam soap for ease of use and my son tends to use less of the foam than the liquid. Puracy Foaming Hand Soap left my hands clean, soft, and feeling moisturized not dry. The scent is very pleasant and not overwhelming. No Gluten is a plus and the price is good in comparison to my current soap. I will be suggesting this to my sister who has celiacs disease or better yet, the next time I order, I will get her a bottle to try. I am very interested in your dish soap...how well does it cut grease? I find that many of the more natural dish soaps do not tackle my greasy dishes. Thank you Sean for a wonderful product line.

Update:After leaving my original review as stated below, Sean from Puracy contacted me and offered me a free replacement bottle. The new bottle does NOT make the squerky sound. So I am adding a star to make this a 5 star review. A fantastic customer service and a fantastic product. I love it so much; I have no plan to use any other soap at this point. Please make a refill bag available! :-)My original review:I love Puracy products, and this is time first time I leave a non 5-star review. The soap itself is great, and I absolutely love it, but the container is a different story. Every single time we press the pump, it makes a squerky sound. It's a bit annoying. I don't know whether this particular container is defective or not. I wonder if anybody else has the same problem.

The nozzle is too big that release a lot of foam and strong due to its pump, most of time jumping out of your hand and wasting it, sometimes it blocks and it's annoying to handle it every time.
