The picture quality of the video is terrible, very grainy. The touchscreen was unresponsive. It was difficult to select an option in the settings because at times I would press ok and it would not respond until the third time I pressed ok. I could not open most of videos I took with the cam on my laptop with windows 7. I kept getting a error message that a problem was encountered while playing the file. Please save your money and get a brand name such as Cannon, Panasonic, or Sony. I cannot recommend this video cam.

The media could not be loaded.  I am still learning all the neat things this product has to offer. I have been playing with it for 2 days though and I just keep getting more and more impressed with it. The recorder does come with everything shown in the picture. It also comes with 2 batteries. The only thing you will need to purchase (unless you already have one like I did) is an SD card. My favorite feature so far is the night vision. The video I uploaded is of my dog and was taken using this camcorder with the night vision option. The battery is still going strong after 2 days of continuous use. It is easy to use and a lot of fun. Shipping was also quite fast but that isn't surprising since I do have Amazon Prime.

I've had this for a bit over a month now and it is dead. I got to use it maybe 8 or 9 times for short periods and now it doesn't want to turn on. Image quality was terrible, every time you remove the SD card and put it back in it requires you to format it before using it again. Just an overall awful design, image quality is comparable to my old cellphone from around 2006 (iPhone original was quite a bit better in quality). Pay a little more and get a brand you've actually heard of.

I recorded a 16 minute video and it all it shows is an image although it says its 16 minutes. Recorded 3 one minute videos and they were horrible quality. Expect to spend an hour of your day uploading to computer, and then more time uploading to your dropbox because they wont send because a minute is too long. Who has time for this, when you can easily do all of this from an iphone and have a better quality of video.

Got this on the 26th, honestly quite impressed. Everything was organized in the box the instructions were very detailed. I was able to assemble the whole thing and start recording within a matter of minutes.No drivers were needed to plug it in and use it as a webcam. Will actually be ordering three more and thanks to the wonderful arm attachment this camera can be mounted to the ceiling!

It records only 4 gig files (which is about 11 minutes) at a time and the first one or two have video issues and have no sound. Purely worthless when you have 30 minutes to record. Even when I tried only filming 10 minutes at a time the first two segments had video errors and no sound but the third was fine. Not worth the price.

Seems to do its job for the price range.Just so you know the sound on the actual camera is a lot more tinny than when you listen to it on the computer.

The picture on this is great! the microphone is not very good but it works perfect with an outside mic. The big problem is that somewhere between 10 and 12 minutes it randomly stops taping and opens a new file and starts again. You lose the content it misses and there is no fix for it. I bought this for videos for my church and they are not usable. Get a different camera!
