Mike Weinberg, simply nailed this in my head....this one is there to stay with me forever as my reference guide. The beauty about this book is the way Mike has written in no sugar coated words. He is magnificiantly brutal in his dislikings for Sins, of so called modern sales managers. To be honest I loved the way he makes his point with the truth, loaded with his sense of humour. The book is devided in two parts, part one is where you are shaken to the core about what is not sales management. You will relate to this so beautifully, at least I did, seeing what is happening around us. Part two is where once your basics of Sales Management is fixed, the simplification lessons are provided. This is a must referred points in daily life of every sales manager. How I wish every top management executive should read this and also gift this to every budding sales managers. I highly recommend you buy this now and just read this as soon as possible. BRILLIANT NOT TO BE MISSED 👍

How to build a high-performance sales team
Loved reading the book. Every chapter was a good learning experience. Liked the analogy of CRM jockey, hunter, farmers and many others.It was quite refreshing as it touched the basic elements of sales which had faded in distant memory.No matter where you are in your sales journey it's a must-read book for every sales professional.

Fantastic read for Sales Managers at all levels
To put it simply, this is the best "how to" sales management book I've read. It's hard to put down. Most importantly, this book gives very specific, easy to implement, strategies for supercharging your sales teams. I highly recommend "Sales Management. Simplified."
