These patches were recommended by my kiddo's optometrist to be worn 5-6 hours every day to correct a lazy eye. We have been using these for the last 2-3 months and my kiddo doesn't mind wearing these at all. The pack has a variety of kid-friendly designs so it's fun to wear a new design every day. The eye patches come off and on easily although they do lose some adhesion after a few hours of wearing. We initially tried to reuse more than once but the second time around, the patch just doesn't stay on for too long which is totally fine.

I am blind in my right eye due to degenerative myopia - I do have some vision left but it’s extremely warped and blurry and disorienting to try to use that eye at all. Patching is my best option as far as controlling that and, after trying all sorts of traditional patches that fit around your head with elastic and several other brands of stick on patches, I have landed on Ortopad as the best of the best. They are large enough for my adult sized head, they fit all day without dropping or falling off, and they obscure light from getting into that eye wonderfully. Plus they fit under my glasses great, which is something I can’t say for the traditional black elastic eye patch.I kinda enjoy the fun kid patterns so always get them instead of boring beige. Wouldn’t mind the option for different and maybe less cartoonish patterns though- but until that happens I’ll be wearing these! ❤️

Totally worth it!

My daughter's dr suggested these eye patches since she needs to wear one every night and my daughter loves the variety, they're soft and stay on very well.

They are very adhesive and my child only needs to wear them for 30 minutes so I actually stick it to my forearm quickly and take it off to lessen the “stick” that way after 30minutes she doesn’t have difficulty or pain taking it off. I understand they are designed to be wore all day and need this level of adhesive to accomplish all day wear. Just a tip for anyone who might not need to wear it all day.

I have been using this brand for a while and haven’t been disappointed. Packaging was terrible this time as the box fell apart almost instantly. In the past it’s come wrapped in plastic. Other than that, I would continue to buy.
