I like the fact that its very educational
Bought this for my niece's birthday. She wasn't the only one who loves it so now I'm planning to buy a couple more since the kids all want one. I like the fact that its very educational!

Stay away from this. The app is buggy and makes the robot unusable
This is the first time I have written a review on Amazon. As soon as I start, The app is stuck trying to update the robot, making the robot also not functional. It’s been stuck trying to update the robot for hours - what was supposed to be 15 minutes. I have checked everything from network to my phone. This was so promising and so disappointing for the kids who got this gift. I am returning back to Amazon now. Save yourself some headache and buy something else. In the App Store users say he same. Before you buy the product check out the reviews in the App Store for the app because this robot is not useful if the app is buggy.

Nice but for beginners
Very cool robot, but I think it’s for kids, so it didn’t teach me anything new. It was really fun to chase the dog around with it though

Cool new tech toy teaches programming
Very cool toy. My son loves the programming capabilities. His only complaint is that he wishes it came with more built in games like some other robots on the market.

Seems like a good product but lacking documentation
I think this will be cool after I watch a 100 YouTube videos as it came with no useful documentation. The box said there was a quick startup guide. All that was on the box was a thing about battery safety and warranty. It's really making me angry. The paperwork included doesn't even mention a website to get started.Sucks that due to poor documentation, I have to put so much work just to make headway.

Short circuit at first use and start melting
We received the Blaster Power for Cue. Mounting it on Cue was easy but at first use the blaster did not seem to be working (the light was blinking red and green) and it started to get really hot on the side where the projectiles are. Turns out it must have short circuit and the plastic started melting...But we contacted Wonder Workshop and they got a courier to pick up the damaged blaster and sent us a replacement as well as a gripper, sketch kit and a completely new Cue for our trouble and in case the other Cue had been damaged.I must say the customer service went above and beyond what I was expecting. On top of that the kids are having a great time with Cue and its accessories. Definetly a good company to be a customer of: great products and great service.

Anglais seulement
Malgré une description et des instructions bilingues, ce robot parle anglais seulement. Grosse déception pour ma fille de 11 ans. Pourtant, le robot inférieur de la gamme parle plein de la langues.
