Fat Brain Toys FBT Rainbow Stacker - Rainbow Arches Stack and Play Baby Toys & Gifts for Ages 2 to 3

I have been wanting one of these stackable wooden rainbow toys for quite a while, but never felt right putting up the sometimes $100+ I've been seeing at those adorable boutique toy stores. We are fans of Fat Brain Toys in our house anyway (hooray for hex blocks!) so it was really exciting to see they had a very reasonably priced and extremely sturdy stackable rainbow. It's a great size, each rainbow piece is quite thick, and both our 1yo and 3yo love it. So excited for the possibilities to come!

My almost 2 year old decided to place the rainbow sections along our train tracks... delighted to see the trains pass through each tunnel.It was important to me to find a rainbow set that correlated with true rainbow order. I was very surprised that was so hard to find with all of the rainbow stacking sets available.We enjoy building with this toy, there are a few chips in the paint (that were there upon arrival), but our toddler is no longer in the "mouthing objects" stage, so the condition is acceptable.We have also placed the separate rainbow pieces on their sides to make a maze for our matchbox cars. So many ways to play!

I’ve had this toy now for months and my son plays with it everyday and it’s held up nicely- he loves playing with it. Great gift for 6-12mth

I’ve always heard great things about fat brain toys and I was so excited to get this for my 1.5 year old. It is beautiful and a fun addition to our toy shelf. However, the quality and stackability need improvement. The pieces do not fit over each other perfectly. Our red top piece is a little too tight on the inside and slightly too short to go over the inner pieces easily. This has caused some frustration for my toddler when trying to complete the stack and a frustrated toddler is never fun. I considered sending it back for a new one, but honestly after digging through the reviews it seems a common problem along with other quality issues such as paint coming chipped. At least it’s nice to look at and somewhat functional.

Can be challenging or easy, depending on how one decides to play with it. And it is very pretty. I dinged it a star because it arrived with defects. The company quickly replaced it, so I would order their toys in future. In fact, I'm thinking about getting another one of these for another grandchild.

This was a perfect purchase for my 3 year old daughter. She loves stacking the colors and making a rainbow. Love the wooden material

Although the colors are vibrant, the quality is lacking. Surprised because we have a few other toys by this brand and have been quite satisfied with their quality. This rainbow set is uneven and wobbly. Not sure if it’s strong enough to really play with so I just use it as room decor for my kids’ playroom. Pleasing to the eye, but I’m scared it’ll get broken if played with.

I am so disappointed in the quality of the rainbow stacker. My son opened them today and the finish is already peeling off (see photos) the inside looks/feels more like cardboard than actual wood. They arrived today and are being returned tomorrow for a refund. I didn’t even want a replacement they are so cheaply made, I know they won’t last.
