Saved 55% and bought used here on Amazon, EXCELENT build quality. One really nice upgrade would be thumb screws instead of allen key screws on the top press part for easier after use cleaning, Much faster and easier than the manual screw top juicers or using the juicer attachment on my Kitchenaid. Other great feature is that it smashes the rinds flat, now I don't have to cut them by hand when I feed to my goats. Very sturdy, base is solid metal, not hollowed out like the cheap competitors.

It came with a metal "collection" cup. I just wanted to see how much juice I was collecting in measurements. Wish there was something to keep pulp from seeping through the holes of the metal juicer? I used a small handled strainer and it works wonders! 🤠 Cleaning it is a breeze! Red just happens to be one of my favorite colors, which is why I chose it for my kitchen. It is easy to use. Just takes some strength sometimes. You get a decent amount of juice from this.

This works well. Definitely requires some strength to use. Depending on the fruit, the amount of juice varies. I got some fine mesh bags to help with the pulp. You do have to be careful when squeezing out the juice, if you don't hold the base then it will definitely tip over. The base should be a lot heavier, but isn't. This was also designed to not be cleaned easy, a lot of the parts are screwed into place and it doesn't seem like they're supposed to be taken apart when cleaning.

Easy to use and clean. I mix my citrus fruits for a great boost in the morning.

Customers should not be afraid to order this product! It is really satisfying to receive a product that is built simply and strong to provide years of service. You not only can produce fantastic grapefruit juice but you get a little bit of a workout working the press! Order the color press that you prefer and it looks great sitting out on your counter if you do not want to store it. Tip: clean the pulp out of the strainer every 3 or 4 grapefruit and the juice will flow into the juice collector cup better. A suggestion for the manufacturer is to press in a pouring spout for the juice collector cup to improve the ability to pour the contents into your storage container. All in all it is a fun product!

Purchased as a gift. When opened, powder coating was quite blemished on one side of the bottom (picture). I don’t think it will impact functionality and the item feels and appears to be solid in that sense. Just a bit bummed about the cosmetics as it was intended to be a gift.

This is a quality juicer- heavy cast iron construction. Very easy to clean. Does the job well - gets lots of juice out of the fruit.

I've been using this for a couple of months now and it works exactly as promised. It's high-quality, easy to clean, and easy to use. UPDATE: I'm still just as impressed with this 3 years later.

It'S sturdy, stable and easy to clean. The only downside is the space between the legs to put a container - it's a little narrow and i have to use something to bring the container up closer to the hole. Aside from that, i love it!

LOVES - I love this press! I occasionally make large batches of lemon juice or lime juice to use when detoxing, and used a little hand-held press that did the job but was a pain and took too long for large batches. I went looking for something exactly like this press, and was specifically interested in a press that used leverage but not electrical power for the juicing. It is almost as if they invented this for me! I am delighted with the purchase and made 1.5L of lemon/lime juice as soon as it arrived. It was a breeze compared to the hand-squeeze method. I am very happy with it! OTHER STUFF ....Some folks suggest affixing the press to a countertop or some other method to secure it to a surface while using - otherwise you need to hold the press in place while squeezing, and this can feel a bit awkward. I like the idea of securing it in place but don't have room for a 'permanent' home for it in my kitchen, so I will pull it out of storage when I need to use it. If I did affix it to something... there aren't bolt holes or anything so I would need to get a bit creative for how to do it, but it could certainly be done. My only other 'wish' is if there were a little more room within the base to place the cup or whatever you are collecting the juice in. The hole where the juice comes out is near the back of the stand and I haven't found a great collection vessel yet... I don't want to use a glass in case I slip while squeezing and break it, it is too small to rest a small bowl comfortably. An empty cottage cheese container is not bad, but is just a tad too wide to fit snugly at the back of the base without slipping forward. Never fear - I will find The Perfect Collection Container, and am still very pleased with this purchase. CLEANING - the main squeeze cups are removable for easy cleaning. The rest of the unit needs to be wiped down after using... if you are like me your hands get covered in juice so the handle, everything needs a wipedown. This is fairly quick and easy to do, nothing like the nightmare of cleaning electric juicers that I have used in the past. Now I will buy one for my friends who like to stockpile lime juice for margaritas !
