Our fire wasn’t in the plans when we bought our house but we seen it and just had to have it! And we absolutely love it! Good selection of colours, super easy to set up and so homely! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Not a fault with the product I guess, just an inherent feature which is part of its composition. The noise. It is much louder than I had anticipated and which had I known in advance would have prevented my purchase. I have to turn the TV situated above to a volume to mitigate the sound below, and even on flame only it is still more audible than desirable. I have given 2 stars as it looks the part but the noise would not allow a higher rating. I have noticed that only 5 star reviews are available to read, although lower numbers have been left. This troubled me pre purchase but I dismissed it, alas, I suspect my own review may also be relegated to the abyss of the unseen...
