Recommend for 110-120v : Why is this being sold to European customers?
I read several reviews about this product getting hot and even smelling of burning but others said they had no issues and it was a good product.I want to use this when we are away to calm out 2 cats, one of which is extremely friendly and gets anxious when we are away, over grooming himself. Therefore, I need a reliable and safe product. Imagine my astonishment when the unit comes with an American style plug and clearly states on the box that it’s recommended to be used with 110-120v NOT European 230v.This should not be sold in UK or Europe!

DOES NOT WORK IN THE U.K !Why is Amazon.co.uk selling products to U.K residents via a U.K platform that don’t work in the U.K? Have I got to check every item now to make sure it works in the U.K.,? Will I have to check to ensure it has the required licences and regulatory approval (both of which are up to date) along with it having an acceptable risk profile? It’s a waste of my time and money Amazon ...... and the cat isn’t happy either !

Not a UK plug
It’s not convenient having this without UK plug on as it sticks very far out and you have to buy an adapter on top of the price.

I would advise people not to buy this product, it does not work! I have 2 very lively cats and in no way has this helped to calm them in anyway

this runs on 120volts UK uses 240volts
This runs on 120volts. The UK uses 240volts . It's got a 2 pin plug. The UK needs a 3 pin plug. I've got an adaptor but I don't know if it's safe to use at our UK 240volts.

Should not be sold in UK. Voltage is US not UK, and cannot be used with an adaptor. This product is dangerous

Annoyed
Completely useless in the UK. Not a three pin plug and box says never to use an adapter or converter. Why sell in the UK?? Really annoyed.

Works great and gets down to the skin for a nice gentle massage while being combed!
I've only had these combs for a few days but I wish I had bought them sooner! We have a Cotonpoo and keep her hair long. The comb works great and keeps her hair feeling soft as coton! Pun intendedPlus I have some arthritis in my hand and find them very easy to hang into. And I love the color!

I bought this for my dog, it came with two sizes however i really only use the bigger one. The material is very good and my dog seems fo enjoy it.

Good comb
Like the handle - comfortable in my hand. Sturdy comb. Haven’t stabbed myself with pointy end since switched to this comb. Would like to see larger sizes available
