So I bought this while on a caramel kick and soon food it that it isn't filled with caramel. I was a little bummed, but the chocolate is amazing and there is some caramel in there judging by how the flavor evolves as it melts. It's a solid buy.

I used this chocolate in multiple recipes and loved the results in all cases. I used the 92% in brownies, the 80% in hot chocolate and the 70% in chocolate chip cookies. All three kinds are extremely high quality and rich with a smooth texture that is hard to find in such high percentage chocolate- making them all good for eating on their own too. Highly recommend!

Chocolate is delicious. However ordering chocolate in July in Texas was a mistake. Bars melted some. Not a huge problem and no discernible effect on taste. It made the caramel one a bit gooey

Not good at all. All bars are dried out

My bf loved these chocolates for his bday. I did a 5 senses gift box for him and used this as taste. He enjoys dark chocolate and the darker the better, I don’t. He absolutely adored the 92% chocolate bar. His favorite was the 80 & 92% dark chocolates. The first one, which is 70 percent was actually good too. Id order these again but only for him, since he loves this stuff lol

First, no caramel.Second, it tastes… odd.I’m bummed because the company seems good but the product definitely isn’t and for what I spent, it needs a lot of improvement.*Update*I threw the initial bar I opened away but not the other two for whatever reason. I was having a major chocolate craving last night and decided to open another bar (I purchased a pack of three). So weird, it tastes pretty good! Still no caramel but the odd taste from the first bar isn’t in this one. I wonder if the first bar was old or something. Still not sure I’d reorder since it’s not cheap and the lack of consistency in the product. I updated to three stars though

We eat these as snacks after dinner. Very addicting so highly recommended.

We all loved the flavor and orange pieces within the 70% dark chocolate! The taste was really smooth, not too sweet or bitter but just wonderful! We’ve tried other dark chocolates that were either too sweet or too bitter or they left an aftertaste. I think we’ve found our perfect dark chocolate! Yum!
