Does the job, a tad bit bulky

This item is too small to work for any adult. The guard is tiny - only 3.5 inches long. It might fit the mouth of a five year old child, but is certainly too small for an adult. It's thin, flimsy plastic and even if it were large enough to fit over the teeth, the plastic is so thin that it would be bitten through in one night by anyone who grinds their teeth in their sleep. I'll be returning this product. Don't waste your money.

Easy to use . Does take some getting use to at first . All in all seems to be fine.

These plastic guards are extremely flimsy. They don’t attach to your teeth anyway so you’re literally relying on your jaw clinch to hold it in. They are pretty thin considering our kiddo grinded through one on the first night of wear and we had to replace it the following night.

My 12 year old daughter tried many different mouth guards. These are the most comfortable in her mouth. Also it is better than the molded mouth guards since she is still losing teeth. The plastic over the front teeth is useful too because my daughter chipped her front tooth when grinding in her sleep. The only problem is I have to order them over and over again because the plastic over the front teeth tears after about a month of use. It would be great if it did not tear so easily there.

I bought this for my 3 year old whom grinds terribly. After a lot of research I thought this would fit her mouth. It most definitely was extremely large and not for a toddler!

These are very small and too small for my 6&9 yr old's mouths. I feel like they would choke on these at night and so I am not having them use these.
