Does not work - failed after about 3 weeks
OK, so having had this running for barely a month, the unit packed up. My previous review was based on not being able to refund through Amazon. The seller did offer a refund if I took my review down, so I became suspicious. After doing the honourable thing and opened it up, I descovered the tiny 1 Amp fuse (pictured), over the mains supply has indeed blown. The whiff of dried out caps also tells the story - its been made with underrated caps, which have dried out over a month, causing the fuse to pop. Folks, this unit is NOT worth buying. Maybe after another board revision, this will be fit for the Global market, but right now it's not.

Simple to use!
I have used for only a day so far, but it seems to be effective, but to see it's full on effects you have to wait 2 weeks apparently, so will update this then.It doesn't seem to have any impact on my dog and cat in the house fortunately. You can't hear any noise whatsoever, so you just leave it there and let it do its thing. The installation is very simple. All you have to do is plug it in!

Inobtrusive Pest Repellent
The FITFORT Ultrasonic Pest Repeller is an unobtrusive gadget that neatly plugs in and is ready in an instant to repel those unwanted pests from mice to ants and spiders. I have had it for one week and so far, am quite pleased with its ability to keep out those bothersome flies, bees and spiders from our conservatory. With the recent pleasant weather we have had, our conservatory roof was becoming quite the home for spiders and so I thought that this electronic repellent might help. It’s been with us for a short while and I haven’t seen any spiders . The Pest Repellent comes with a simple to understand instruction leaflet that describe its features and detail how the product works. A good product which is at an affordable price too.

So far so Good
We thought we had mice under the floor boards and purchased this before going to the effort of lifting floorboards to put in traps etc. It seems to have worked so far.It is not obtrusive when on. It has a couple of LED lights on the front, but these (surprisingly) are not overly bright in the dark so we don't know it is on. There is no sound audible to us - not sure about the dog, but she's downstairs and it doesn't appear to have bothered her.I was very sceptical, but it does seem to have stopped the mice visiting in the night.

Didnt work unfortunately. Wasted my money and THEN the company tries to bribe me!
It doesnt work! I have rats living in my wall in my kitchen. I plugged this in about 2 feet about the rat hole. I even blocked the hole with wire wool and peppermint spray as an added deterrent. I then put a brick against hole. The little critters ignored it all and just chewed around the brick!I tried this device for a week and its made no difference what so ever. Complete waste of money im afraid.UPDATEThis company have now contacted me to say that they will offer me a full refund BUT only after removing my negative review from amazon. A company that manipulates reviews and tries to bribe people is a company to stay away from. Im utterly disgusted.

Cuts insects down dramatically
I've tried it in a few rooms in my house and the most noticable difference is in the conservatory with the door wide open it does cut the amount of flying insects by the end of a day down by alot. Overall i think its good value for money and feels a pretty solid unit. Super easy to use, you just plug in and no need for adjusting a switches or settings.

No detectable benefit in my case.
I used this in combination with poison and rodent mesh. There seemed to be reduced activity for a couple of days, but this could be just me disturbing the area putting up the mesh. However, after a couple weeks it's clear this has little to no effect. They have been avoiding the poison and still finding there way in, so quite frustrating. Looking for a cat now aha.

It’s working....
Just plug it in near the area you’ve found evidence of mice and it seems to work, as we’ve not seen or heard them since. We did team it up with a mint spray, so between the two, we’re hoping the problem is solved.
