I bought for a 5 and 3 year old. While I thought the movie and story was more appropriate for a 6 or 7 years old, evidently they parents have shown the movie to the kids. The story's characters are popular with kinds around Halloween and it has an interesting twist to the story. Very creative author, good quality book.

Who doesn't like Little Golden Books?! The old titles are still great and fun to read, but kids like to see newer movies in print and this is one of my granddaughter's favorites! The quality of the books are as good as ever!
